Current "I Can" statement:

I can use Google Slides to create a presentation.

The second graders have been hard at work this year!They have learned their Google Username, how to navigate to a website, and how to touch type on a keyboard. To begin our Google Apps for Education unit, they will learn:

how to add a slide in Google Slides
how to change the layout of a slide
how to change the theme of a slide
how to insert a text box and type a complete sentence in it
how to change font style, color, and size

If you would like to practice these skills with your child at home, they can log into their Google Account and practice. Or you could have them practice in Microsoft Powerpoint. Happy creating!
