Video

To initiate my video project, I had to dowload Microsoft Movie Maker. Since the video I was using was previously shot, I had to import it from the drive it was saved on. From there, I chose the scenes that were most important to me, by using the delete button on my keyboard. I then added cuts and crossfades inbetween scenes to help things flow. I also added music to the background by dragging the audio file (something I previously had) into the video sequence. I was able to delete all music past one minute (which was the duration of the video). I then went back and added still photographs inbetweeen some of the videos. I also added a photograph to my title screen. To finalize my video, I added a credit screen at the end. On the title page and credit page, I was able to edit the font, text size and color, and where it was placed on the screen. I was also able to edit the length of time the credits rolled through. To complete this project, I created a custom setting in the save file and saved it as a wmv. In order to upload the video onto my portfolio, I had to go back and export it as a mp4. It was then uploaded to my bengal account.
